Everything: the communication, I have got answers very quiqly tomy request. Thanks for organised transfer to and from the airport. The person by the reception desk was very nice and helpful, the man who has took my baggage and leading me to my room also was nice. In the morning the kitchen personals woke-up earliertomake a breakfat for me. It was really very nice to stay in your hotel, I will recommending it to everybody. Thank you very much for your service!

The staff are very friendly and I stayed there for two months and they soon became my family. They are amazing people who will go above and beyond to make you happy. I am thankful to have met them and have them in my life! Amazing room, breakfast, and everything is near by

Everything was fine. Friendly staff, quick check-in. The room had everything you needed. A delicious and varied breakfast. I liked the hotel; I can recommend it.

A friendly staff. Clean room and good facilities. I came here at 5th July(night). The retention guy was amazing. He was very supportive and helped me with all he could. The luggage man was really supportive and friendly as well( Artur). For the next time I will be back there for sure❤️

Location is nice, 15 mins by taxi from the airport. Can take Yandex.Taxi and pay with the card (MIR) in the app. Very quiet and welcoming, feels like home. The room is spacious, new furniture. The shower is open, but the water does not have to go anywhere, if you are just careful. The bed is huge. The breakfast has many different options and lots of cheese options. Everything was great! Ill stay here again if I need to

The location is good, near with the airport. I ordered transfer from the hotel, it cost 10 euros. This is better price than taking a taxi at the airport if there is no any applications.

I think I like the staff. We felt like family. We were entertained. We were taking care off. We were introduced to the best of Armenia. We will always go back. Absolutely the best hotel....

It’s the best option for night stop during fly connections. It’s clean, bed is new, all amenities are fresh, rooms are big, furniture is new, crew is good, breakfast could be reach, but ok due to price. I used most of Yerevan hotel including 4/5 stars for night stop and this one is my choose.

I loved how friendly the staff was, the fact that they organized the transfer and told me a bit about Armenia and its culture. The breakfast was great, the room was really cozy and clean, and a welcome cup of coffee was a nice bonus. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and please try delicious Armenian wine! (So delicious that I forgot its name, nevertheless)
